When limits bite
The failure modes are the part of a pricing page worth reading, so they are here rather than in a support article.
New writes pause. Every link you have already handed out keeps resolving — a share that worked yesterday does not go dark because the space filled up today.
Nothing is deleted, ever. You go read-only above the new limit until you free space yourself. We will not choose which of your documents to drop.
Your shares stop resolving immediately. Bytes stay counted against the platform, not moved to someone else — whoever created a document owns it, and that does not transfer.
An agent cannot complete a payment. No token scope grants billing writes, so the upgrade button is a thing only a signed-in human can press.
